I understand that failure to follow the rules or participate in outlined activities can result in the termination of my sponsorship. Social Media Tips and Tricks

  1. When posting for MPS you must use the @marionvillepowersports to tag us. Feel free to take from the following preapproved hashtags for your posts as well:
    • #MPSfam
    • #marionvillepowersports
    • #MPSbikes
    • #yourbrandmps (example: #ktmmps #shercomps)
    • #thanksMPS
    • Others may be used as well these are just to get you started (#MPSfam, #marionvillepowersports, and #MPSbikes will be used during searches).
  2. Try not to post more than 3 individual posts on Facebook per day as the algorithm will begin to eliminate you posts. Again- this is a best practice not a rule.
  3. Don't try to be a salesman--just be you!
  4. To keep out of reels (if that's your goal) videos should be less than 60 seconds.
  5. Tag people you think might be interested in what you're showing. Engage people in the comments and don't be surprised if we do.
  6. If you are posting with a gift received or exchanging a post for financial gain- make sure that you say so. A simple #sponsored or Thank you (company name) for the awesome gift- all work to meet the FTC requirements.
  7. Keep up with any newsletters or communications from your brands as they may include promotional offers you can advertise or even promotions that might qualify you for incentives.
  8. Keep your contact information up to date. If we can't contact you we can't spoil you!
  9. Perfectly square images can be shared without editing on both Facebook and lnstagram.
  10. Have fun! Seriously--people enjoy people enjoying themselves.
